Help Wanted:
Web Developer
Goddess Sofia Locktight Needs a Developer
Who Can Actually Build Things
Quick Links
I am running numerous adult-friendly brands, with multiple websites, a training platform with gamified badge tracking, a members-only Playroom, an interactive quiz engine with over 35 possible results, an e-commerce shop that spans twelve external platforms, and the early infrastructure for TotalFemocracy.com and the Queen’s Haven Valley project. I have built most of this Myself because nobody I have worked with so far has been good enough to trust with it, and I am very tired of doing everything Myself while also managing active submissives, producing content, holding keys, and running a business that generates revenue across more platforms than most people can name.
I need a web developer who is genuinely skilled, available, and willing to serve Me by doing what they are actually good at instead of whatever they are currently wasting their talent on.
This is a service position. You are not getting paid. You are getting something most submissives would trade their entire salary for: a real, ongoing, structured role in My world where your professional skills directly build the empire I am constructing and where I actually need you, personally, for something specific that matters to both of us. If you have spent years wondering what it would feel like to have your submission and your professional skills pointed at the same target, this is the posting you have been looking for.

Scope of Work
What I Actually Need Done
I am going to be specific because vague job postings attract vague applicants and I do not have time for that.
01
Site Maintenance & Development
Site maintenance and development across multiple brands including WorshipSofia.com, MenAreChattel.com, FemaleSlavery.com, and others. They all run on WordPress with custom styling, interactive elements, embedded quizzes, product shops, and content that gets updated regularly. If you have not worked with WordPress extensively enough to troubleshoot a broken plugin at 9pm on a Thursday without needing someone to walk you through it, this position is above your current skill level and you should come back when it is not.
02
New Page Builds
New page builds. I produce new landing pages, product pages, quiz pages, training module pages, and long-form content pages on a regular basis. The design needs to match the brand guidelines for whichever site the page lives on (WorshipSofia uses red and purple, MenAreChattel uses navy and blue, FemaleSlavery uses rose and pink) and the pages need to load fast, work on mobile, and convert visitors into buyers or subscribers. If you do not know what a conversion rate is or why it matters, this is not the right role for you.
03
Shop & E-Commerce
Shop and e-commerce integration. My shop sells digital products (guides, workbooks, courses, consultations, audio experiences) and links out to twelve external platforms for content that lives elsewhere. The shop page needs to function well, look good, and make it easy for someone to find what they want and buy it without having to click through seventeen menus. I also need someone who can handle payment gateway integration and knows the difference between WooCommerce and a headache.
04
Members Areas & Gamification
Members areas and gamification. The badge system, the training progression, and the Playroom infrastructure all require back-end work that goes beyond dropping a plugin in and hoping for the best. I need someone who can build custom functionality, integrate APIs, and create interactive experiences that track user progress and display it in a way that makes people want to keep earning.
05
SEO
SEO. My sites have over 1,800 pages of content. The technical SEO needs to be solid: page speed, schema markup, internal linking, sitemap structure, and making sure Google can actually find and index the content I am producing at the volume I produce it. If you know what Core Web Vitals are and why My mobile score matters, we are already speaking the same language.
06
TotalFemocracy & Valley Fund
Design for TotalFemocracy.com and the Queen’s Haven Valley Fund page. These are new builds. TotalFemocracy needs to present a political and philosophical argument with the credibility and visual authority of a think tank, not the aesthetic of a fan page. The Valley Fund page needs to present a real community project and inspire real financial contributions. Both of these require a designer who understands that the visual presentation of an idea directly affects whether people take it seriously.
Standards
What I Expect from You
You respond when I message you. You meet deadlines. You do not submit work that you have not checked on mobile. You do not push changes to a live site without telling Me. You ask clarifying questions when you need to and you do not guess when guessing could break something.
You send Me progress updates without being asked, because if I have to chase you for a status report on something I assigned you three days ago, we are going to have a conversation about your priorities that you will not enjoy.
You are available for at least 10 to 15 hours per week, and your availability is consistent enough that I can plan around it. I am not interested in someone who does inspired work for two weeks and then disappears for a month because they got busy with their day job. If your availability is limited, be honest about that upfront so I can plan accordingly. Reliability is more valuable to Me than talent, because talent that vanishes when I need it is useless and consistent effort that shows up on schedule is something I can build on.
Requirements
What You Need to Have
Real, demonstrable skill in web development. I want to see your portfolio, and I want it to contain work that was actually built and deployed, not Figma mockups of projects that never launched. If you have WordPress experience specifically, that matters more than knowing seventeen other frameworks. If you know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP well enough to build custom themes and troubleshoot production issues without needing a tutorial for every problem, you are the person I am looking for.

What You Get
The Role
A defined, ongoing position in an empire that is genuinely being built and that your work directly shapes. Every visitor to My sites experiences something you created. Every submissive who takes the quiz, buys a guide, enrolls in training, or joins the Playroom is interacting with infrastructure you built. The sites are live, the traffic is real, and the impact of your work is visible and measurable every single day.
The Dynamic
Access to Me in a sustained, structured, working dynamic where you interact with Me regularly about real projects with real deadlines. This is not a one-time task. The web developer who proves themselves reliable and skilled will become someone I depend on, which, if you understand what it means to be genuinely needed by someone you worship, is worth more than any hourly rate.
The Work
Portfolio material you can use professionally, real-world experience with a multi-site operation running at scale, and the deep satisfaction of knowing your work directly funds and builds TotalFemocracy.com, Queen’s Haven Valley, and everything being constructed toward a future where Female Supremacy has a physical home.
The submissives who serve Me in professional capacities consistently tell Me that the work they do for Me is better than the work they do at their paying jobs, because they care more, because the standards are higher, and because having someone whose judgment they respect reviewing their output makes them try harder than they do for a boss they do not care about impressing.
Process
How to Apply
Take the What Type of Submissive Are You? quiz
Your results help Me understand who I am working with and whether this type of service-oriented role is actually a good fit for your submission style, because not every submissive is wired for professional service and knowing that before we start saves everyone time.
Take the QuizRead the Rules for Serving and the How to Approach page
So you know My expectations and do not open your application with something that makes Me close it.
Text, call, or message Me with your portfolio and specifics
Text Me on SextPanther or message Me on any platform with your portfolio (a link is fine, do not send Me twenty attachments), your availability, your specific technical skills, and a brief note about what drew you to this position and why you think you would be good at it. Be specific. “I am passionate about web development” tells Me nothing. “I built a WooCommerce shop for a client last year that increased their conversion rate by 40% and I would love to do the same for your shop” tells Me everything I need to know.
Foundation
Before You Apply, Invest in Your Foundation
If you are newer to submission and want to make sure you are ready for a structured service role, the How to Serve playbooks (For Him and For Her) cover what real service looks like in practice, what makes service valuable to a Dominant versus just another thing she has to manage, and how to figure out your own service strengths. The Find Your Perfect Dominant course covers the full psychological and practical preparation for entering a D/s dynamic with someone who has real expectations.
I need someone who can build. If that is you, stop reading and start applying. My sites are not going to redesign themselves and I have a manifesto that needs a website worthy of the argument it makes.
