You sit at a desk forty hours a week making things look good for people who do not appreciate it, and you come home knowing that the best creative work you did today was for a brand you do not care about, selling something you do not believe in, for a manager whose feedback makes you want to close your laptop and walk into the sea.
I have a better use for you.
I run three brands, twelve platforms, and a content operation that produces educational guides, training programs, landing pages, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and visual assets on an ongoing basis. All of it needs to look like it belongs to someone with standards, because it does, and those standards are Mine. I need a submissive with real creative and design skills who wants to put those skills to work on something that actually matters to them, under the direction of someone whose approval they are going to work harder to earn than they have ever worked for a paycheck.
This is a service position. You are not being hired. You are being given the privilege of using your professional abilities to build My empire, and you are going to discover that the satisfaction of making something excellent for someone you genuinely serve feels completely different from making something adequate for someone who signs your direct deposit.
The Brief
What You Will Actually Be Doing
You will be designing and producing creative assets across WorshipSofia.com, MenAreChattel.com, FemaleSlavery.com, and My presence on every platform I operate on. The work is real, the deadlines are real, and the quality expectations are higher than whatever your current job requires because I am pickier than your current boss and I will tell you so directly instead of sending a passive-aggressive Slack message with a smiley face.
Specifically, you will be working on some combination of the following depending on your skill set and what I need at any given time:
Social Media
Graphics, story templates, and promotional images across Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and platform-specific content for OnlyFans, LoyalFans, Fanvue, and the rest.
Web and Platform
Banner design and header images for My websites and platform pages. Landing page design and layout for new products, guides, courses, and service pages.
Video Thumbnails
Make people stop scrolling. Harder than most people think, and most designers are genuinely terrible at it.
Email and Campaigns
Campaign graphics, newsletter templates, and ad creative for paid campaigns if and when I run them.
Print and Merchandise
Print-ready materials for merchandise and physical products.
Brand Consistency
Across three distinct visual identities that need to feel connected without bleeding into each other. WorshipSofia is red and purple, MenAreChattel is navy and blue, FemaleSlavery is rose and pink.
If you also have copywriting ability, that is useful. If you understand marketing analytics and can tell Me which creative is converting and which is not and why, that is extremely useful. If you can do light video editing on top of static design, you just became significantly more interesting to Me.
Requirements
What I Actually Need from You
Be honest with yourself about this.
The ability to interpret a brief and come back with usable options
I need someone who can take a brief that says “I need a landing page graphic for the new Chastity Trials program, navy palette, institutional energy, something that makes a man feel like he is about to be evaluated” and come back with three options that are all usable without Me having to explain what institutional energy means or why the font you picked looks like a birthday party invitation.
Speed and iteration over perfectionism
I need someone who understands visual hierarchy, can work within established brand guidelines without getting bored and going rogue, and can produce work at a pace that matches how fast My business moves, which is faster than most people expect because I do not wait around for things to be perfect when they could be live and generating results at 85% and refined over the next iteration.
The ability to receive direct feedback without falling apart
I need someone who can handle direct feedback delivered by a woman who knows exactly what she wants and will tell you specifically what is wrong with what you made instead of dancing around it. If you need to be handled gently when your design gets sent back for revision, this position is going to be a very educational experience for you in ways that extend well beyond graphic design.
Consistency over novelty
I need someone who actually wants to do this. Not someone who thinks it sounds fun for a week and then disappears when the novelty wears off and the work becomes work. The submissives who last in My world are the ones who show up consistently, and consistently means the third Tuesday of the month when you are tired and nobody is watching, not just the first exciting week when everything is new and you are trying to impress Me.
Technical Stack
Tools and Skills
Red border = preferred. Grey = useful. Canva-only is acceptable for some tasks; Photoshop and Illustrator opens the full range.
You should be proficient in at least one of the following: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva Pro. If all you know is Canva, that is fine for some of what I need, but if you are a Photoshop and Illustrator person, you are going to be doing more interesting work because the range of what I can assign you opens up significantly.
Understanding of responsive web design principles is helpful. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a bonus. Experience with WordPress and Elementor is useful because My sites run on WordPress and being able to adjust page layouts without needing a developer for every small change saves Me time, and saving Me time is one of the most valuable things a service submissive can do.
Bonus: Ad Campaign Management
If you have experience running ad campaigns on Meta, Google, or Twitter and can build the creative AND manage the targeting and budget, tell Me that upfront because that combination of skills is rare and I will put you to work immediately.

The assets you create are part of a larger project that has a genuine mission behind it, and the people who helped build it during this stage are the ones I remember when the project gets bigger.

You get access to Me in a working dynamic where I see your capabilities, your reliability, and your value on a regular basis. Submissives who demonstrate real skill and real consistency in service positions earn a level of familiarity with Me that text sessions and platform subscriptions do not provide on their own, because I am learning who you actually are through what you produce and how you handle the work.

I have received enough messages that say “I would do ANYTHING for You, Goddess” to last several lifetimes, and the answer is always the same: wonderful, can you make a banner in Illustrator that does not look like it was designed by someone having a seizure? Because that is what I actually need right now.
