Sales & Returns

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Once booked, appointments, calls, and training sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals

Full payment is required regardless of arrival time. Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no extension for lateness.
