Who Knows What They Are Doing
I produce custom audio sessions, training recordings, guided immersive experiences, promotional content, and educational material across three brands, twelve platforms, and a product library that grows every month. The volume of content I create is significant and the quality standard is non-negotiable, which means I need someone with real editing skills who is willing to put those skills to work for Me as an ongoing act of service.
This is not a paid position. You are not being hired. You are being given the opportunity to make yourself genuinely useful to a Goddess who is building something that actually matters, using a skill set that most submissives do not have and that I specifically need. If you have spent years learning Premiere Pro or Audition or DaVinci Resolve and you have been wondering what the point of all that expertise is when you could be using it in service to someone worth serving, the answer to that question is on this page.
The Role
What You Will Actually Be Doing
I am going to be specific because vague job descriptions are as useless in My world as they are in the corporate one, and I do not want to waste either of our time discovering that you thought “video editing” meant adding a filter in CapCut.

Audio Editing for Custom Sessions
I record custom audio experiences for submissives across multiple platforms including NiteFlirt, SextPanther, and IWantClips. These recordings need professional post-production: noise reduction, level balancing, compression, EQ, room tone consistency, and whatever else is required to make sure My voice sounds exactly as commanding on someone’s earbuds at midnight as it did in the room when I recorded it. Some sessions are 20 to 45 minutes long. Some are 3 to 5 minute daily mantras. All of them need to sound clean, warm, and immersive.

Video Editing for Content and Promotion
Clips, trailers, teasers, promotional reels, training content, and platform-specific edits that need to meet different aspect ratios, length requirements, and content guidelines for OnlyFans, LoyalFans, IWantClips, ManyVids, Clips4Sale, and social media. You need to understand pacing, how to cut for engagement without making everything look like a TikTok made by someone with an attention span measured in milliseconds, and how to maintain a visual aesthetic that is consistent with My brand across every platform.

Post-Production for Immersive Experiences
My Designed Reality Sessions and immersive guided audio recordings require specific atmospheric work: ambient sound design, spatial audio considerations, layered backing elements, and careful pacing that supports the psychological experience I am creating for the listener. This is not a “slap some reverb on it” situation. If you do not understand the difference between creating an atmosphere and applying an effect, this position is not for you.

Ongoing Content Maintenance
Reformatting existing content for new platforms, creating clips from longer recordings, updating thumbnails and preview material, and whatever else comes up as the content library expands. This is the part that sounds boring and is actually the most important because it is the recurring work that keeps the entire content machine running while I focus on creating new material.
Technical Requirements
What I Need You to Know How to Use
Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro for video. Adobe Audition, Logic Pro, or Audacity (if you actually know what you are doing with it and are not just clicking the noise reduction button and hoping for the best) for audio. After Effects or equivalent for motion graphics is a bonus. Photoshop or equivalent for thumbnails and visual assets. If you have experience with spatial audio, binaural recording, or immersive sound design, tell Me that immediately because it is extremely relevant to the type of content I produce.

I need to see your work. A portfolio, a reel, examples of projects you have completed, or a demo edit you did of existing public content. I am not asking whether you can edit. I am asking whether you can edit well, and the only way to answer that is to show Me something.

Standards
What I Expect from You
Reliability
I will give you deadlines and I expect you to meet them. If something comes up, you tell Me in advance with enough time for Me to adjust, not at 11pm the night before something is due. My content schedule serves paying customers and subscribers who are expecting material on specific dates. If you make Me late, you have cost Me money and trust, and I will remember both.
Attention to Detail
If I send you a recording and there is a chair creak at the 14-minute mark, I expect you to find it and remove it without Me having to point it out. I expect you to check audio levels across the entire file, not just the first thirty seconds. I expect consistent color grading across a set of clips without Me having to send you a reference frame every single time. If you need to be told these things, you are not at the level I need.
Communication
When you have a question, ask it clearly and all at once. Do not send Me seven separate messages over the course of an hour as things occur to you. Collect your thoughts, organize them, and send one message that covers everything. When you deliver something, include a brief note about any decisions you made and anything you want Me to review specifically. I do not need a novel, I need to know whether you adjusted the intro timing and why.
Respect for My Vision
You will receive direction and you will follow it. If you have a creative suggestion, I am open to hearing it, delivered respectfully and with the understanding that My answer might be no. If My answer is no, you do not argue, you do not bring it up again, and you execute what I asked for. This is not a collaboration where we both contribute equally. This is My content, My brand, and My vision, and your job is to make it look and sound exactly the way I want it to.

What You Get from This
You get to use a skill you spent years developing in service to someone who will actually appreciate the quality of your work and tell you specifically what you did well and where you need to improve, which is more useful feedback than you have received from any client who was paying you, because most paying clients cannot tell good editing from mediocre editing and I absolutely can.

Your editing is not disappearing into the void of some corporate YouTube channel nobody watches. You get to be known to Me individually. I will learn your capabilities, your strengths, your weaknesses, your working style, and how to get the best out of you. If you are also on the training or Ownership path, your service in this position will be noticed and remembered. I track who contributes what and I have a very good memory for the people who showed up with real skills and used them.
And you get the specific satisfaction of hearing something you edited playing on a platform and knowing that every clean cut, every balanced level, every smooth transition is your work in service to a Goddess who expected excellence and received it. Do not send Me a paragraph about how honored you would be. Send Me your work and let it speak for you. I will know within two minutes of looking at your reel whether you are worth a trial project, and if you are, I will send you one. The trial project is how I evaluate whether your skills match your claims, whether you can follow direction, and whether working with you is going to be the kind of experience I want to repeat.
If you do not have a portfolio but you have the skills, tell Me and I will give you a test project that lets you demonstrate what you can do. I care about the quality of the output, not about whether you have a website with a reel on it.
