My Personal Assistant position is open and I am looking at you specifically because you are the type of person who read “Personal Assistant to a Goddess” and your brain immediately started composing your application instead of scrolling past. That instinct is correct and you should follow it.

This is an unpaid service position. You are not being hired. You are being considered for the privilege of making My daily life run so smoothly that I forget logistics exist. Your compensation is purpose, structure, My attention directed at you with a level of specificity that will reorganize your entire sense of self, and the ongoing experience of being genuinely useful to someone who is building something that matters. If that sounds like the most appealing job description you have ever read, keep going. If you need a paycheck to feel motivated, this is not for you and I wish you well at whatever office job is currently draining your will to live.

What You Will Actually Be Doing
You are going to manage My calendar, My communications, My errands, My travel planning, My shopping, My appointments, and whatever else I decide belongs on your plate on any given day. You will wake up knowing what I need before I tell you, because you will have studied My patterns, My preferences, and My schedule thoroughly enough that anticipating My needs becomes automatic. If I have to ask you for something that you should have already handled, we are going to have a conversation about it, and it will not be the fun kind.
You will screen My emails and messages so I never have to read anything that wastes My time. You will track packages, confirm deliveries, source specific products (I have very specific tastes and you will learn them quickly), coordinate with other submissives when projects require multiple people, and handle the operational details of running three websites, twelve platforms, and an expanding empire that includes TotalFemocracy.com and the Queen’s Haven Valley project.
You will do research when I need information. You will take notes when I am brainstorming. You will follow up on things I mentioned three weeks ago that you should have written down and acted on without being reminded. You will proofread everything you send Me because typos in a message to your Goddess are disrespectful and I will notice every single one.
The measure of a good assistant is not how they handle the interesting tasks. It is whether the boring ones get done without anyone having to think about them.

Who I Am Actually Looking For
I do not need enthusiasm. I have an inbox full of enthusiastic submissives who cannot organize a grocery list. I need competence, and competence with genuine submissive devotion behind it is one of the rarest and most valuable combinations a Dominant can find, which is why I am putting out a listing for it instead of just hoping one shows up.
Real organizational skills. If you currently manage your own life well (your bills are paid on time, your home is clean, your work is reliable, your calendar is functional), you have the foundation. If your own life is a mess and you think serving Me will somehow fix that, you are wrong and you should start with the How to Serve Playbook and the Submissive Goal Setting Workbook at My shop before you express interest in anything.
Responsiveness. When I message you, I expect a reply within a reasonable window that you and I will establish together. Disappearing for 48 hours without communication is not acceptable and will end the arrangement faster than anything else you could do, including being bad at the actual tasks.
Emotional stability. I am going to correct you when you make mistakes because that is how you improve, and if your response to correction is to spiral, shut down, get defensive, or require twenty minutes of reassurance before you can function again, you are not ready for this level of service. Discretion. My business, My personal life, My submissives, My projects, and My private information are not topics you discuss with anyone, ever, under any circumstances, for any reason. If this needs further explanation, you are not the right person for this position.

What Will Make Me Want You Specifically
Executive Experience
Professional experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, project manager, or office manager translates directly. The adjustment is that the someone is Me and the dynamic is D/s, which, if you are being honest with yourself, is the version of this position you have always wanted.
Financial Literacy
If you can help with budgeting, tracking expenses, managing accounts, or handling business finances, that is extremely useful and will move you to the front of the line because I have expensive tastes and the logistics of maintaining them require someone who understands numbers.
Non-Standard Availability
My schedule does not respect the concept of business hours and some of the most important things I need happen at 11pm or 6am. That flexibility is a genuine asset.
Tech Fluency
Comfortable with scheduling software, spreadsheets, content management systems, email platforms, social media dashboards, or any of the tools that keep a digital business running. That saves Me training time and I appreciate it.
Delegation Skills
Experience managing other people so that when I delegate something through you to another submissive, it gets done correctly and on time. Delegation without follow-through is just making a list and hoping.
Understanding of Luxury
If you know the difference between what I want and what most people settle for, you will not have to be taught My standards from scratch, which means we can skip the part where you bring Me the wrong thing.
