You spend your days making things look good for people who do not appreciate it. Clients who cannot tell the difference between Helvetica and Arial but have very strong opinions about making the logo bigger. Art directors who send you revision notes that contradict the revision notes from three hours ago. Stakeholders who describe what they want using words like “edgier” and “more dynamic” and then reject everything you produce because it was not what they were picturing, even though what they were picturing does not exist because they do not actually know what they want.

You are talented. You are underused. And somewhere in the back of your mind, you have imagined what it would be like to put those skills in the hands of someone who actually has a vision worth executing and the authority to tell you exactly what she wants without wasting your time on committee meetings and feedback rounds that go in circles.

I am that person and My empire needs a designer.

The Work

What You Will Be Doing

You will be designing, editing, and producing visual assets across three brands (WorshipSofia.com, MenAreChattel.com, FemaleSlavery.com) and twelve platforms. Web graphics, social media content, promotional materials, product mockups, landing page elements, email templates, digital merchandise, fan gifts, event artwork, and anything else I decide needs to look the way I see it in My head. Your job is to take what is in My head and put it on a screen, and to do it fast enough and well enough that I do not have to explain the same thing twice.

This includes, but is very much not limited to: branded social posts that make people stop scrolling, product cover designs for guides and workbooks that look like they cost $200 to design (they will not, because you are doing this as service, but they should look like they did), promotional banners for challenges and events, platform header graphics that are consistent across all twelve accounts, and whatever else comes up at 11pm on a Tuesday when I decide something needs to exist by morning and you are the person I message about it.

If you also have motion graphics or animation skills, video editing capabilities, or experience designing physical merchandise and print-on-demand products, those are all things I will absolutely put to use. You are going to be busy and you are going to like it because busy in service to someone whose taste you respect feels completely different from busy at a job where nobody cares what you produce.

The Role

What This Position Actually Is

This is a service position. You are not being hired. You are not being paid. You are offering your professional skills as an act of devotion to a woman whose vision you believe in and whose empire you want to help build with your own hands. The compensation is purpose, belonging, creative direction from someone who actually knows what she wants, and the knowledge that every visual asset you create for Me becomes a permanent piece of something real that you helped bring into existence.

If the idea of using your best professional skills for free sounds insane, you have not yet experienced what it feels like to work for someone whose approval you are genuinely trying to earn. The submissives who serve Me with their professional skills report that the work they do for Me is consistently the most satisfying creative work they produce, and the reason is simple: I care about the output, I have real opinions about it, I give specific and direct feedback, and when you get it right, you will know because I will tell you, and that is going to feel better than any paycheck you have ever received from a client whose name you cannot even remember.

Requirements

What I Expect from You

You need to actually be good at this. I am not running a tutorial program for people who just downloaded Canva last week and want to practice on My brand. You should be proficient in the following at a minimum, and if I have to tell you which tools to use you are not ready for this position:

Photoshop Illustrator Figma InDesign + After Effects + Premiere + Blender +

Required ·  + Bonus

You need to study My brand before you apply. Go through WorshipSofia.com, MenAreChattel.com, and FemaleSlavery.com. Look at the colors, the typography, the imagery, the tone, the spacing, the way text sits on the page. Each brand has a distinct visual identity (WorshipSofia is red and purple, MenAreChattel is navy and blue, FemaleSlavery is rose and pink) and you need to understand those differences well enough to produce work for any of them without mixing up the visual language. If you send Me a FemaleSlavery graphic in MenAreChattel colors, I am going to know you did not do the homework.

You need to take direction without taking it personally. I am direct and specific about what I want. If I tell you to change the font size, change the font size. If I tell you to start over, start over. If I look at your first draft and tell you it is wrong in a way that makes it clear I expected better, the correct response is to ask for specific guidance on what I want and then produce it. The incorrect response is to explain why your creative choices were actually good. I do not care about your creative choices. I care about Mine, and yours should be in service to them.

You need to be responsive. When I message you with a project, I expect acknowledgment within a few hours and a timeline within 24 hours. If you disappear for four days after accepting an assignment, you will be replaced and you will not enjoy the experience of learning that someone else is now doing the work you were trusted with.

You are going to produce better work under My direction than you have produced for anyone else because I will push you past what you thought your ceiling was and then act like the result was the minimum I expected.

What You Get

What You Get Out of This

Scope

You get to be the person whose hands shape the visual identity of a three-brand empire that includes training programs, educational products, a Female Supremacy manifesto, an in-person dungeon, a physical community project, and a political philosophy. The scope of what I am building is larger than anything a single client has ever asked you to design for, and the creative variety is going to keep you more engaged than any freelance gig you have ever had because you are not designing the same landing page template twelve times, you are producing work across completely different brands with completely different audiences and completely different visual languages, all directed by a woman who knows exactly what she wants and will tell you when you have delivered it.

Direction

You get creative direction from someone who is actually paying attention. I have opinions about kerning. I have opinions about negative space. I have opinions about whether a gradient is doing what I intended or just making the design look like it belongs on a PowerPoint slide from 2009. You are going to receive the most specific, most useful creative feedback of your career, and you are going to produce better work under My direction than you have produced for anyone else because I will push you past what you thought your ceiling was and then act like the result was the minimum I expected.

Belonging

You get to belong to something you built. Every badge icon, every product cover, every landing page hero image, every social graphic in My world has a designer behind it, and if that designer is you, you carry the knowledge that My vision is visible because your hands made it so. That feeling does not go away when you close the laptop. It sits in you and it grows.

Application

How to Express Interest

1

Study the Brands

Go through My three websites and actually look at everything with a designer’s eye. Note the color systems, the typography hierarchy, the imagery style, and where you think the visual execution could be stronger.

2

Take the Quiz

Take the What Type of Submissive Are You? quiz and keep your results. I want to know your type before we talk about the position.

Take the Quiz
3

Send Your Introduction

Text Me on SextPanther or message Me on any of My platforms with the following: your quiz results, three to five examples of your best design work (links or attachments), one specific observation about My current brand visuals that tells Me you actually looked, and one sentence about why serving Me through your design skills is something you want.

Do not send Me a twelve-paragraph essay about your submissive journey. Do not lead with your fetish list. Do not attach a resume formatted like a PDF from 2015. Show Me your work, tell Me what you noticed about Mine, and let the quality of both speak for itself.

4

Trial Project

If your work interests Me, I will assign a trial project. Something small, with a clear brief and a deadline. How you handle that project, the quality, the speed, the communication, the way you respond to My feedback, tells Me everything I need to know about whether you belong in this position.

Not a Designer?

Not a Designer but Want to Serve?

If you do not have design skills but this page made you realize you want to serve with whatever skills you do have, the Help Wanted hub at WorshipSofia.com has open positions for other types of service, and the How to Serve playbooks (for Him and for Her) will walk you through figuring out what you personally have to offer.

You can also start with education. My guides, workbooks, and training courses are all designed to make you more useful, more self-aware, and more capable of serving any Dominant well, including Me. The Find Your Perfect Dominant course and the Become Owned training track are both available in the shop, and the monthly challenges are open to anyone who is ready to find out how much better they function with real structure and real accountability.
