Goddess Sofia Locktight Needs Someone Who Can Handle Her Business
I receive more messages in a day than most people receive in a month, and a genuinely embarrassing percentage of them are from people who did not read the page they are writing to Me about. Someone needs to manage that so I can focus on the work that actually requires My brain, which is most of it, but the inbox management and customer communication is eating hours that I should be spending on training, content, course development, and building the projects that matter.
That someone is you, if you are the right person for the job.
This is an unpaid service position. You are not being hired. You are being given the opportunity to serve Goddess Sofia Locktight directly by keeping the operational side of My empire running smoothly, and the submissives who hold this role have more access to how I think, how I operate, and how I make decisions than almost anyone else in My world. The Role
What You Will Actually Be Doing
You are the first point of contact for everyone trying to reach Me across multiple platforms. That means you are representing Goddess Sofia Locktight in writing, which means every word you send needs to sound like it came from someone who works for a woman with very high standards, because it did, and I will be reviewing your responses until I trust that you understand My voice well enough to operate independently.
Responsibility 01
Managing Incoming Messages
Across SextPanther, NiteFlirt, OnlyFans, LoyalFans, email, and wherever else people find Me. You will sort, prioritize, and respond to routine inquiries so that when something actually requires My personal attention, it reaches Me quickly and clearly instead of buried under forty messages from people asking questions that are answered on the FAQ page.
Responsibility 02
Screening New Submissives
Who want to work with Me. You will learn My criteria, My intake questions, and My specific red flags (I have a list, it is detailed, and several of the items on it will make you laugh because of how often they come up). Your job is to identify who is worth My time and who is going to waste it, and to route the worthy ones to Me with a summary of who they are and what they want so I am not starting from zero every time.

Handling Payment Questions and Product Inquiries
For the shop, training programs, custom orders, and services across all three websites. You will need to know what I sell, where it is available, what the pricing looks like on each platform, and how to answer the question “how do I buy this” for someone who has never used NiteFlirt before and is somehow confused by buttons.

Enforcing My Standards
In communications. Some people will be rude. Some will be demanding. Some will try to negotiate pricing, ask for free content, or send opening messages that consist entirely of their fetish list and nothing else. You will handle these with the composure and firmness that My brand requires, which means you are polite but you do not bend, and you do not apologize for My pricing, My rules, or My expectations. If someone cannot meet My standards, you let them know with the same energy I would: directly, without cruelty, and without negotiation.

Keeping Records
Of interactions, flagging patterns, noting repeat customers, and maintaining the organizational systems that let Me run three brands across twelve platforms without losing track of who is who and what they need. If you are the kind of person whose brain lights up at the idea of well-organized spreadsheets and clean communication logs, we are going to get along very well.

You need to be able to write clearly and professionally in English without Me having to proofread every message. You need to be available during consistent hours that we agree on in advance, not just whenever you feel submissive, because inbox management that happens on a random schedule is worse than no inbox management at all. You need to be comfortable with technology, able to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously, and capable of learning new systems quickly because I add new tools and platforms when I feel like it and you will need to keep up.
You need to be psychologically stable enough to handle the content that comes through My inbox without it affecting your judgment. People confess things. People describe fantasies. People occasionally have emotional reactions to sessions or training that need to be handled with care and routed to Me appropriately. If you are someone who gets overwhelmed easily or who is going to have a personal reaction to the material, this position is not the right fit for you and there are other service roles in My world that might work better.
And you need to be genuinely good at following instructions the first time. I will train you thoroughly on My voice, My standards, and My specific preferences for how things are handled, and I expect you to absorb that training and apply it consistently. If I have to correct the same mistake three times, we are going to have a conversation about whether this role is actually something you are capable of, and that conversation will not be fun for you.
